Specialized Therapy Services

You do not have to navigate pregnancy, trauma, grief, or life transitions alone.

I provide specialized virtual therapy services for adults across Virginia who are navigating pregnancy and postpartum mental health concerns, birth trauma, reproductive trauma and loss, childhood trauma, sexual trauma, and military and first responder experiences.

I also work with adults navigating grief, anxiety, PTSD, and other overwhelming life events.

Whether you are seeking individual therapy, EMDR therapy, EMDR intensives, or group support, we can work together to identify the approach that best fits your needs and goals.

Do you offer online therapy throughout Virginia?

Yes. I provide online therapy services to adults throughout Virginia. Because sessions are conducted virtually, clients can access specialized support regardless of where they are located within the state.

How do I know which service is right for me?

Many people reach out unsure of exactly what type of support they need. During a consultation, we can discuss your concerns, answer questions, and determine which service or approach may be the best fit for your needs and goals.

What is EMDR therapy?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process distressing experiences so they feel less emotionally overwhelming in the present. EMDR can be helpful for a variety of concerns, including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, birth trauma, childhood trauma, and other difficult life experiences.

What is the difference between EMDR therapy and an EMDR intensive?

Traditional EMDR therapy typically takes place during weekly sessions. EMDR intensives provide longer, focused therapy sessions over one or more days, allowing clients to dedicate concentrated time to their healing process. During a consultation, we can discuss which option may be the best fit for your needs.

Do you offer group therapy?

Yes. I offer a virtual Perinatal DBT Group for pregnant and postpartum parents who want additional support and practical coping skills. I also co-facilitate a free monthly Perinatal Loss Support Group for mothers grieving pregnancy or infant loss.

Do you offer services for mental health professionals?

Yes. In addition to therapy services, I provide clinical supervision, consultation, and professional training opportunities for therapists and helping professionals. You can learn more on the Professional Services page
