    Do you offer telehealth, video sessions, or online sessions?

    Yes, we use a secure HIPAA compliant platform to offer telehealth sessions. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact us.

    How do counseling sessions typically last? 

    Individual counseling sessions are typically either 50 minutes or 75 minutes depending on what we decide when developing your treatment plan. For group therapy, it will last for 60-90 minutes. For more information about group, please view our group therapy page.

    What to expect in our individual counseling sessions? 

    During the first few sessions, we will work on gathering information about your history, identify your goals, and develop a treatment plan. Depending on your goals, we will work on skills development and the root problems that brought you into counseling.

    What is your availability?

    We see clients on Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm. We are currently accepting new clients.

    How often will I need to come to counseling? 

    We’ve found that meeting weekly improves client’s progress toward their goals. For that reason, we will meet with clients weekly. We will establish a set time to meet each week and that will be our recurring weekly appointment. Doing healing work takes time and commitment. We’ve seen clients who invest in time get better faster and with less relapse.

    How much do sessions cost?

    Our 50 minutes psychotherapy session cost $175 and our 75 minutes psychotherapy session cost $262.50. For group psychotherapy session, you’ll need to complete an initial intake/evaluation session which cost $175 for 50 minutes. Our group psychotherapy session are cost $50-$100 per session.

    If you need financial assistance, we partner with several non-profit organizations that provide partial to full funding for our therapy services. Also, we offer concierge services where we will look up your out of network benefits and file them on your behalf once a month.     Do you accept insurance?

    We do not accept insurance and are considered as an out of network provider. We have partnered with Reimbursify to offer free concierge services to look up and submit your claims for out-of-network health insurance reimbursement.  If you choose to work with us, you can choose to file your own claims on the app or your therapist can file them once a month on your behalf as part of the concierge services.

    We are a Non-network Certified Tricare Provider, which means that we can file your insurance claims to Tricare. Please note that if you have Tricare Prime, you’ll need a referral from your PCM to see a non-network provider.

    Do you offer support groups? What is the cost?

    We offer a 6-week virtual parenting during deployment support Group and it cost $180 if paid in full; $35 per session. Limited sliding scale and pro-bono spots available. Support group services is not therapy services. Insurance does not cover support group services.
